OUR STORY

Green Machine Disability Support was founded by Lisa, a disability support professional with over 20 years of experience walking alongside people of all abilities.
Lisa started Green Machine after the unimaginable — losing her beloved daughter in a tragic accident at just 14 years old. Out of that heartbreak grew a promise: to keep her daughter's spirit alive by pouring care, kindness and unwavering support into the lives of society's most vulnerable.
Every shift, every smile, every small win we celebrate with our participants is part of that legacy. Green means go — and we go, every day, for her.
